Antje's apartment was, hands-down, one of the best bnb experiences we've ever had. First of all, the apartment is a piece of history and has a unique feel to it. It is spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out between myself, my husband, and our son. When we arrived, Antje showed us to the apartment and had left a lot of information about Tongeren along with a fully stocked fridge, coffee station, and a gift for our baby. She has a record player with an impressive collection of 33s. We were able to easily walk to the center in about 5 minutes and found the free parking only 2-3 minutes away. On Saturday, we left Tongeren to visit the Christmas Market in Les Grottes de Wonck and the apartment made a prefect jumping off point for our excursion. Highly recommend! Tracy, Texas USA
We were very good in this accommodation. Antje was kindly, she picked us up at the train station with her car, she had some food for us to have breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, bacon, bread, juice., etc. She also gave us a lot of suggestions about restaurants, places to visit, etc. She is a very very nice person. De woning van Antje ligt super centraal in Tongeren met een prachtig uitzicht op her Begijnhofje! De inrichting is geweldig, alles is er, en de koelkast ist gevuld voor een lekker ontbijt! Antje was a great host! She made every arrangement to make our stay as smooth and delightful as possible. She pointed us to free parking that was just a short walk away at a nearby sports stadium. Getting into the apartment was smooth and hassle free, and the space was very clean! She even left us some delicious Belgian beer in the fridge! My wife and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment in a great part of town! We would definitely stay again, and I recommend everyone stay here! Sean and Hannah, USA.
Location! Location! Location! What a gem of a place and a hostess. Antje was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. As an added bonus, it's literally only steps away from the famous Tongeren antique market held every Sunday. Excellent apartment, well equipped with a small kitchen stocked with life's essentials.....Belgian chocolate and wine!! We had a fun and memorable stay in Tongeren. The location of the apartment in the Begijnhof was excellent. Such a quaint area and the view looking out of the bedroom window to the church and little houses below is a postcard. Antje was such a great host, extremely hospitable and welcoming. All communication went smoothly. We had a fun time at the antique market on the sunday which is just around the corner. The restaurant outside the apartment served really yummy food. We had a lovely 4 day break at Antje's property in Tongeren. The accommodation was clean and tidy & came with everything we needed. It is in a really lovely spot within the old town sitting opposite a small ancient church. There is a very quiet bar/restaurant 20 metres away. Other restaurants/bars & shops are in the main square which is no more than a 5 minute walk away. There are 2 supermarkets within a 2 minute drive. There is a amazing antique market (one of Belgium's best) on a Sunday which is 2 mins walk away. There is free all-day parking 3 minutes walk away, or you can pay for parking opposite the property. We would stay again if we are ever in the area. Craig, UK.

Our stay with Antje in Tongeren was perfect. She was very accommodating, letting our bikes stay inside the house. Even though we arrived really muddy after a day of cycling, she was unfazed by our appearance, she was really kind and welcoming and gave some good tips for our dinner. The apartment is nice, quiet and well-equipped. Antje is a pleasant person. She was always waiting for my journey and my stay. Tongeren is a beautiful and small city that is worth the visit. Antje has been a great host and even though only one of our group got to meet her because we were away from the B&B for most of the time, we had very nice contact. The apartment is quite big and you can find everything in the kitchen and such that you could possibly wish for. There was a bathtub! Tongeren is a very lovely city with a history that's there for all to see. If I ever visit it again, I'll definitely see if I can stay at here again. It's on walking distance from the city centre but the neighbourhood is super quiet and beautiful. Eline, The Netherlands.
